"I used twpark.com and ended up needing…"
I used Tanganyika Wildlife and ended up needing to cancel, which turned into this whole refund runaround. Support did get back to me eventually, but it was slow, and I had to nudge them more than once just to get basic updates. The money did come back in the end, so fine, but the process was annoying and not very clear. Would’ve been a lot better if they gave actual updates instead of making me chase their little refund saga...

"Pretty reliable overall"
I’ve used twpark.com a few times now and it’s been solid. Haven’t had any weird issues or delays so far. The site loads fine, and the booking/info is easy enough to figure out without much hassle. Everything worked the way they said it would, which is really all I’m looking for. Nothing super fancy to add, just reliable and stress-free. I’d defintely use it again

"Return worked out, but they need to be more on top of it"
I ordered from twpark.com and ended up needing to return one item because the size wasn’t right. The return info was easy to find, but figuring out exactly where to send it took longer than it should have. The refund did come through eventually, but it was slower than I expected. Customer service replied and helped, but the response time could definitely be better. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do think they need to take more accountability for making returns clearer and keeping customers updated without having to chase for answers.

"Still never really got sorted"
I had an issue and reached out hoping to get it fixed, but it felt like I was just going in circles. The replies took a while and didn’t really answer what I was asking. After all that, nothing actually got resolved, so I eventually just gave up. Frustrating experience overall

"Okay service, but stock info seemed unreliable"
I ordered from Tanganyika Wildlife because the item was showing as in stock, but after I paid, I was told it wasn’t actually available. That was annoying since I needed it fairly quickly. To be fair, they did get back to me, so I can’t say they ignored the issue, but I’m not totally convinced the website stock is kept up to date properly. It wasn’t the worst experience, just a bit frustrating.

"Felt safe overall"
I used Tanganyika Wildlife and paid with my card, and it was smooth. No weird popups or sketchy pages or anything like that. The checkout looked secure, and I got the payment confirmation really quickly. I’m giving it 4 stars though because I wish they showed a little more info before you actually pay, like just a bit more detail would’ve been nice... but overall, it felt safe enough

"Decent experience, just a little slow on updates"
I ordered from twpark.com once, and it was fine overall. The item showed up as expected, so no real complaints there. The only thing was the updates felt kind of slow, and I ended up checking on the order myself more than I’d like—though to be fair, it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. The price was reasonable, and nothing actually went wrong, so I’d probably buy again if they had something I really needed. I wouldn’t say they’re my first choice yet, but they weren’t bad

"Felt completely ignored"
My tracking kept showing random updates but the package didn’t actually seem to move for days. I kept checking and still had no package, and nobody gave me a clear answer about what was going on. it felt like I was just being ignored. Really frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t use them again.

Support did eventually fix my issue, but only after I complained and kept pressing them. I’m glad it’s sorted now, but I don’t have a lot of trust in customer service when it takes that much effort just to get help

I gave twpark a try because they had a promo on the site that looked decent. Maybe it’s partly my fault because I was shopping in a bit of a rush and didn’t read every tiny detail, but it was still kind of frustrating. The discount seemed great at first, then once I got to checkout, it only applied to certain items. I ended up going back and swapping things around a few times, which got annoying fast. I might’ve missed the fine print somewhere, but it didn’t feel very clear until the end. The site itself wasn’t terrible, but the promo felt more like a teaser than an actual deal. I probably wouldn’t hurry back just for their offers

"Checkout worked, but it was kind of a hassle"
I ordered from Tanganyika Wildlife and it did go through in the end, but the checkout was more annoying than it needed to be. The payment page loaded really slowly, and I had to type my address in again for some reason. Not a total disaster, but definitely not smooth either. Whoever runs this should really fix the checkout because it makes the whole process feel clunky.

"I had some trouble getting things…"
I had some trouble getting things set up on Tanganyika Wildlife and thought maybe I was missing something obvious. I wasn’t sure if support would take a while, but they got back to me quicker than I expected. They explained everything in a simple way and stuck with me until it was actually working. Maybe it was a small issue, but it felt like a big help at the time. No stress at all, so I’d definitely give them 5 stars.

I waited way longer than expected, and the most frustrating part was that there wasn’t any clear communication about what was going on. A simple update would’ve made a big difference. i don’t see myself ordering again anytime soon.

I ordered this based on what was shown on the product page, but when it arrived, something about it just didn’t seem right. The size felt different from what I expected, and the material didn’t really match the description either. I ended up returning it, which was frustrating and just a waste of time.
